Savuti and Linyanti are part of the Chobe National Park.

The Savute channel dried out more than 20 years ago. The once lush and green grassland changed into a dry savanna.

During the dry season, from May to the beginning of November, Savuti and Linyanti are amongst the best wilderness areas in Africa.
